We do not store full card details. Failed payments may result in suspension of the Service after a reasonable retry period.
New customers may try PLUSS free for 7 days. No payment information is required to start the trial. The trial automatically ends after 7 days; we will not charge you unless you actively choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to PLUSS features until then.
EU/EEA consumer right of withdrawal: If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. However, by starting to use the Service during the withdrawal period, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully delivered.
For one-off Pen-Test & Recon reports, refunds are not available once the active recon phase has commenced, as the work is performed on demand and is not resaleable.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible. Unplanned outages may occur due to technical issues, third-party dependencies, or force majeure.
We do not offer a contractual uptime SLA on PLUSS. Enterprise customers may negotiate uptime guarantees as part of their agreement.
