Subscription and payment questions

No. The trial is free for 7 days — no card, no automatic billing. You must actively choose to upgrade after the trial.
Directly from the dashboard — one click, no phone queue. The subscription stops at the end of the current period; you keep access through what you have already paid for.
Price and tools are identical. The difference is billing: businesses can request invoice billing and register multiple employees under the same account. EU-VAT is handled according to your country and registration status at checkout.
PLUSS is currently offered as an annual plan only — $10/year. We don’t offer a separate monthly plan for international customers right now. Cancel any time directly from your dashboard.
